Dr. Baljepally was born in India and earned his medical degree from the Gandhi Medical College in Gandhi, India. 

Dr. Baljepally completed his internship and residency at Sinai Hospital of The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore.  He then went on to do a fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts, and an additional fellowship in interventional cardiology at Miriam Hospital of Brown University School of Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island. 

Dr. Baljepally has been with University Cardiology since 1999. 

Married for 10 years to Gayathri, in his spare time, Dr. Baljepally enjoys travel, music, and web surfing.
